Meditate with Markers

1. Choose a word you would like to focus on or invite into your life that helps you work towards healing.

Examples:

• Breathe

• Pause

• Intention

• Joy

2. Using markers, write your word in the center of your paper and make a circle around it.

3. Add layers of shapes and colors in expanding circles around your word.

4. Pay attention to how it feels to make those shapes, create without rushing, and slow your breathing.

5. Think about the word at the center of your drawing and what it means to you, and how you can find, create, or share more of it.
