CRC National Recovery Month Walk and Celebration

Dem Hall Field on a sunny day. An illustrated Beaumont Tower sits atop rolling fields, surrounded by a wreath of leaves, creating a badge-style image.

Help us celebrate National Recovery Month!

Join MSU's Collegiate Recovery Community and SpartanFit to show your support for students and others in recovery from substance use disorder. Walk a few laps around Dem Hall Field, snap some photos at our photo booth, pet therapy dogs and play yard games!

No registration is required to participate in the celebration, and attendees who sign the Recovery Ally Pledge will receive a free T-shirt, affirming their support for those in recovery.

Susan Packard, author of The Little Book of College Sobriety: Living Happy, Healthy will be signing copies of her book at the event. Proceeds from the sale of the book go to the Association of Recovery in Higher Education, which represents nearly 150 Collegiate Recovery Programs.

The event will take place September 14, 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. at Dem Hall Field. If it rains, we'll celebrate at IM East instead.
