Meet Kristin

Kristin was born and raised in Warren, Michigan but now calls St. Johns her home with her husband and two young children. She joined the Health Promotion Department as the Fitness and Wellness Program Coordinator in 2015 where she oversees the SPARTANfit Fitness and Wellness Program as well as leads the MSU Exercise is Medicine on Campus Initiative. Kristin is a National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching certified Health and Wellness Coach and holds several other certifications including American College of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and Exercise is Medicine®; Level 1 Credential, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America Group Exercise Instructor, Wellcoaches®; Health and Wellness Coach and American College Health Association College Health and Wellness Professional. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, camping, traveling to her family’s farms in the thumb and the upper peninsula and coffee.
