Become a Physical Activity Mentor with SPARTANfit
Are you a student looking to help others develop healthy physical activity habits while building your own professional skills? The UHW ACTIVE Spartan program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in health promotion and network with university faculty and staff in the fields of physical activity and health as a Physical Activity Mentor.
Mentors will guide peers in setting fitness goals, tracking progress, and incorporating positive health behaviors. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, reliable, and passionate about helping others, with a health background preferred but not required.
