SEBA is a registered student organization open to all MSU students dedicated to raising awareness about disordered eating and eating disorders, and creating a culture of body acceptance and inclusivity.
SEBA hosts regular meetings, activities, and special events designed to celebrate body diversity and educate students about diet culture, eating disorders, weight stigma, body image, diversity and inclusion, and other relevant topics.
This is NOT a support group for those with eating disorders. Rather, group members participate in advocacy-related activities to promote information and resources related to eating recovery and body acceptance.
If you are an MSU student struggling with concerns related to food and weight, MSU Student Health and Wellness offers medical assessments, counseling and psychiatric services, and individual nutrition counseling. It can help to schedule an appointment to talk with a professional about ways to better support your health and well-being.
